In Portugal, what documents are required for a female applicant?

  2. Birth certificate – In case of a child, based on their rights or when introducing oneself as a parent, provide a copy of your own birth certificate (Ensure there is no discrepancy, and your parents’ names are correctly mentioned in your birth certificate)
  3. A letter stating the consent for the spouse to bring only the child, in the case of a child born to a Nepali citizen in Nepal. (This is mandatory if one parent is residing in Nepal and the other in Portugal, and only the child is applying)
  4. If the parents are applying, and one of them is contemplating, then a receipt for the money sent to them should be kept in their name.
  5. Police report, which is sent from Nepal.
  6. Proof of relationship (Not compulsory)
  7. A copy of the person’s passport who is coming.

He further provides a list of basic documents required for family card applications, including residence card, work contract, three utility bills, income tax paper, ESI/TIN, declaration from the landlord, and bank balance.
